MONTENEGRO

Me and some friends just visited the lovely small country Montenegro. A still pretty unknown place in the southern part of the Mediterranean often referred to as the "Hidden Pearl of the Mediterranean",locally known as CRNA GORA.

For me Barcelona is the dream,the place where I want to move,and live all my remaining days,but honestly,now I would share a big part of that time with CRNA GORA,the views are spectacular!!!
I've visited Italy, Spain, France, Grece, Bulgaria, Romania,all have sea exits,but for me this small contry is on top of all of them, we had part of a lifetime experience full of adrenaline,and swimming,cliff jumping, scuba diveing,parasailing and partying.

Short history:

..after the Balkan wars, Montenegro started slowly on an accelerating page to rebuild itself as the tourist destination it had been for decades. 

Montenegro was part of Serbia,but on 3 June 2006, the Montenegrin Parliament declared the independence of Montenegro,formally confirming the result of the referendum. Serbia did not object to the declaration. 

..we went by car Romania->Serbia->Montenegro and the drive was kinda hard because of the Tara Canyons,but the views were amazing! so you have to do it at least once,after you can go by plane..

This is Mogren beach,the best place in Budva,from where you can do some cliff jumping,if you think you can handle it!!! The smallest cliff is about 3 metters high and la highest is 21 meters,totally worth it!!!

..but try to be carefull because the road and the cliffs are slippy and it's easy to hurt yourself!!!
I also recommend  you to visit Kotor and go on top of the old fortress and..

..I also recommend  you to visit Kotor and the Blue Cave,the water is just like the blue GETORADE ;)
And also try to do all the great activities like scuba diveing,parasailing,boat riding maybe some rafting it's imposible to get bored there!
The food is great try the Boca restaurant,sea view,awesome food and desserts!
+ as a bonus THE GIRLS ARE SO BEAUTIFUL!!!
It's a perfect destination for everybody,and it's not expensive at all,so go for it next summer!!! 

Grilling!

After a a few busy,incredible hot days,today i saw the commercial for Mcmici,a special sandwich for Romania,well i didn't eat one,and i don't intend to,but this is my version of it :d

Ok,so all you need is a mix of pork and cow meat,2 potatoes,a tomato,onion and bread.
Use the meat to make a meatloafs shape.Cut the potoes/onion/tomato in big bolts spread some salt,pepper,good quality olive oil and balsamic vinegar  and grill everything!

I spread everything with basil,a bit of ketchup/mustard or other sauces

Grill season has started..

Yesterday i decided to take full advantage of the sunny weather and it felt just like a summer day,so after a early morning, i went on a road trip to my grandparents hometown,and came back home for the evening starving..so i said hmm let's cook something outside,and it was the perfect choice,i picked something easy,tasty and colorful

Part one

I've sliced some onions in big chunks,bought myself some cherry tomatoes,some bell peppers diferent color,and some pork meat that i've cuttet into pieces and spiced with salt pepper,garlic,olive oil,balsamic vinegar and red paprika.

Part two

Put everything into skewers (if you have wood skewers keep them in water for an hour at least so they don;t burn)

Part three

Pick your oven..a wood one,or the easier one to use with gas.

Part four

Beeing hungry, i picked the faster one,the one with gas,and started putting everything on the grill,after pre heating the grill,and giving it a splash of oliveoil so it don't stick.As a garniture  i picked mushrooms,cooked on both sides on the grill,befor everything gets done,fill them up with some butter and a cheese.

Part five

Enjoy a perfect day of spring->summer,all the natural collors,and the nature taking life..and relax...while checking your grill so it doesn't burn!

PART SIX

Enjoy a tasty dinner!

Ieri m-am decis să profit din plin de vremea însorită și a fost la fel ca o zi de vară, astfel încât, după o dimineață cu trezit devreme, am facut o mica excursie cu masina pana in orasul natal al buniciilor, dar am revenit acasă pentru seara,destul de infometat .. asa ca am hotarat să găteasc ceva afara, si a fost alegerea perfecta, am ales ceva ușor, gustos și plin de culoare

partea întâi

Am tăiat niște ceapă în bucăți mari, am cumpărat niste rosii cherry, ardei de culori deferite, și carne de porc pe care am taiat-o în bucăți și condimentat cu sare,piper, usturoi, ulei de masline, otet balsamic si boia de ardei roșu.

partea a 2-a

Pune-ti totul pe frigaruie (daca aveti bete de lemn,tineti-le in apa o ora inainte pt a nu se arde/aprinde)

partea a 3-a

alegeti-va cuptorul..unul clasic cu lemne,sau unul pe gaz(eu am optat pt cel cu gaz pt ca-i mai rapid)

partea-a 4-a

Dupa ce am preincalzit cuptorul si l-am stropit cu ulei de mazline,se pun toate pe grill.Ca si garnitura eu am ales ciuperci,care le-am condimentat putin,le-am prajit pe ambele parti,si pe final am pus putin unt si branza in ele.

partea a 5-a

Te bucuri din plin de natura,de faptul ca totul prinde viata si e colorat..dar cu toate astea nu uiti sa mai arunci cate o privire la grill.

Te bucuri de o cina delicioasa!
